As part of our continued development, we are seeking a qualified and motivated College Counsellor and High School Subject Teacher to join our team in a full-time, dual role. **Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities - College Counselling**: - Organise and manage college counselling programmes, events, and workshops for students and parents.
- Work closely with school leadership and teaching staff on **transition projects**, supporting students as they move between key stages (e.g. Middle to High School, IGCSE to A Level, and post-secondary pathways).



**Key Responsibilities - Teaching**: - Prepare students effectively for internal assessments and external Cambridge examinations.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with Cambridge assessment expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum coherence and alignment across year groups. **Whole-School Responsibilities**: - Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and the wider life of the school.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development, events, and parent communication.
