A prestigious **5-star luxury hotel in Puglia** is seeking a **professional Lifeguard** to join its team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a refined seaside and poolside setting. The term for this position is April1 - October 31, 2026 **Role Overview** The Lifeguard will ensure the **highest standards of safety, discretion, and guest care** at the hotel’s swimming pool and beach areas, combining technical expertise with a **luxury hospitality mindset**. **Key Responsibilities**
- Guarantee a **safe, controlled, and welcoming environment** for all guests
- Provide continuous and attentive supervision of pool areas
- Intervene promptly and professionally in emergency situations
- Deliver first aid, CPR, and emergency response when required
- Enforce safety regulations with courtesy, elegance, and professionalism
- Maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness and order in assigned areas
- Support guests with a **proactive, service-oriented attitude**, especially families and children
- Collaborate with hotel management and security teams to ensure seamless operations




- Represent the hotel’s image through professional appearance and behavior
- Valid **Lifeguard Certification** (Italy or internationally recognized)
- Valid **First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification**: - Previous experience in **luxury hotels, resorts, beach clubs, or high-end hospitality environments**: - Excellent swimming ability and physical fitness
- **Good command of English** (additional languages are a plus)
- Polite, discreet, and guest-focused demeanor
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional at all times
