As a **Sales Coordinator** you are passionate about supporting the sales team in its commercial activities outside the company. Your responsibilities include: - Ability to be hands-on supporting the sales daily operations
- Planning the agenda, appointments and meetings for the Hotel Director of Sales
- Database maintenance in Excel and Opera, account profile for the Hotel Director of Sales
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, PP presentations for the Hotel Director of Sales
- Assist in organizing sales events, road shows, and company functions
- Attend client events and Trade Shows and Road Shows when requested
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material




- Supports the Director of Sales with the development and implementation of any and all sales projects and activities
- Working closely with the headquarter sales coordinator and sales team **Requisiti**:
