We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven **Business Strategy Analyst** to join the **CEO Office** of our leading multinational company in the nutraceutical sector. This role is ideal for people with passion for strategic projects, business transformation, and high-level problem solving. Working directly with the CEO, you will support strategic initiatives across the organization, contributing to growth plans, operational improvement, and market development. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to top-management decision-making and to develop a 360° view of the business. **Key Responsibilities**
- Support the CEO in the execution of strategic business projects (market analysis, business cases, competitive benchmarking, strategic planning).
- Conduct complex data analysis to generate insights and recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and decision-support materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, R&D;, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Monitor trends in the nutraceutical and wellness market to identify new opportunities.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Contribute to problem-solving discussions and propose innovative solutions. **Requirements**: - 2 years of experience.
- Degree in **Economics & Business**,



**Management Engineering**, **Business Administration**, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive, curious mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, high-quality presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus. **What We Offer**
