ETJCA SPA, Aosta branch, is looking for an: IT Asset Management Operator for an important client company operating in the IT sector. The resource will collaborate with international teams and support the management of the IT asset lifecycle, contributing to the monitoring, governance, and optimization of corporate assets.
Main Responsibilities
- Support for IT Asset Management activities
- Management and updating of the IT asset inventory
- Monitoring the status of hardware and software assets
- Support for asset procurement, assignment, and disposal processes
- Collaboration with global teams and international stakeholders
- Production of reports and documentation updates
- Support for operational activities through ITSM platforms
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
- Interest in IT and Asset Management
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Previous knowledge of ServiceNow
- Previous experience in IT Asset Management activities
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or ITSM tools
Working Method
- Hybrid working mode
- Periodic visits to the client in Turin are expected
