We are looking for a **Credit Operator** to foster our operations team. In this role, you will support daily operational activities, ensuring accuracy,



efficiency and compliance across internal processes. Key responsibilities include: - management and control of financial transactions
- Data reconciliation and operational reporting
- Support in client onboarding processes (KYC/AML)
- Collaboration with compliance, risk and customer service teams
- Accurate document management and archiving Whom we are looking for: - Degree in business, statistics, or other quantitative disciplines
- 3+ years experience in Financial industry
- Financial industry audit experience a (strong) plus
- **MUST HAVE**: Very good English knowledge (interviews and business cases are in English), Italian Fluent. Spanish a plus
- Previous experience in financial industry (banking, fintech or insurance)
- Very skilled with Excel, analytics tools and other standard software
- Accuracy, autonomy and strong organizational skills The offer: - after fundraising, the role can become “contratto indeterminato”.
