**Your Role** As part of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing wind farm projects from early-stage development to readiness for construction. You will manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders in the preparation of environmental, technical, and financial studies required throughout project development. Your work will include reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, Single Authorization documentation, feasibility studies, and environmental due diligence for wind projects. Collaboration will be essential to your role: you will work closely with internal engineering, environmental, and financial teams to support efficient project delivery. **What We’re Looking For** You hold a degree in a scientific or technical field, such as Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline (a Bachelor’s degree is acceptable). You bring at least 10 years of experience in renewable project development, whether in wind, solar PV, or other energy sectors. You have solid project management experience, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal specialists. You are comfortable preparing and managing project budgets and timelines, and you bring at least 1-2 years of GIS experience in a development context. Advanced Italian language skills are required, as well as proficiency in English for internal documentation. You are comfortable interacting with external stakeholders and experienced in permitting processes. A willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time for site visits is required.

You bring effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders. You are organized, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking, with a strategic mindset that allows you to identify challenges and implement effective action plans. We provide a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote, along with salary up to €60,000 gross plus premio, depending on your experience.
