Position Overview: As a Back Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing loading certificates and supporting our logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of documentation and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage loading certificates for shipments. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Maintain comprehensive filing systems and records for all relevant paperwork. Communicate with clients in French and English regarding documentation queries.



Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. Proficient in both French and English (written and spoken). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
