Purchasing Assistant

Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Purchasing Assistant is in charge of supporting our purchasing department, reporting to the Purchasing Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Determination of supply requirements
- Process purchase requests from departments
- Maintain the files of executed and unexecuted orders as well as partial deliveries
- Maintain and update materials’ software
- Receive all goods and delivery’s note checks
- Ensure that products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly




- Support in the preparation of the end of the month reporting
- Be familiar with import procedures, documentation, and approaches that may be required by the Local Government.

Requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational training in hotel industry, commercial training or studies
- Previous professional experience in Purchasing
- Solid MS Office knowledge and Excel skills
- Italian and English knowledge

Average gross monthly salary: €1.750,00
