HR Systems & Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Role Overview:
As part of the Global HR Team, you will manage the employee lifecycle by integrating administrative operations with the management of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Coordinate and manage administrative tasks throughout the entire employment lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding) and oversee the administration of internships and traineeships.
- HRIS & Data Governance: Maintain and regularly update the HR database, ensuring organizational chart consistency and suggesting process improvements for data flow optimization.
- HR Information Systems & IT Partners: Serve as the key operational contact for the corporate HR platform, liaising with external IT partners and supporting various global branches.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare periodic reporting for HR Leadership and ensure accurate document archiving in compliance with internal audit requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
- Experience:
2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, or HRIS support roles.
- Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Italian labor law (ability to interpret and apply Collective Bargaining Agreements - CCNL) and employment lifecycle dynamics.
- Software & Tools: Proficiency in major HRIS platforms and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Languages: Fluent English (essential for daily interaction with Global HQ).
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, positive attitude, and a strong propensity for teamwork in multicultural environments.

- Contract: Fixed-term contract for Maternity Cover.
- Compensation: Competitive salary package aligned with experience: Target RAL €36,000 - €46,000.
