About The Role
The Workplace Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace, helping to deliver a safe, welcoming, efficient, and well-organised office environment. The role supports workplace services, facilities coordination, suppliers, employee experience, and office processes, working closely with internal teams and external providers.
Responsibilities
Workplace Operations
- Support day-to-day workplace and office operations across assigned locations.
- Coordinate workplace requests, office supplies, mail, logistics, reception, catering, and employee amenities.
- Maintain workplace procedures, records, and operational documentation.
- Identify and suggest improvements to workplace processes and employee experience.
- Support office projects, events, moves, and operational changes.
Facilities & Services
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other workplace services.
- Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers.
- Help ensure offices are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
- Monitor workplace issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Suppliers & Procurement
- Coordinate with workplace suppliers and monitor service delivery.
- Support purchasing, invoice processing, and supplier administration.
- Assist with maintaining supplier records and identifying opportunities to improve service and value.
Employee Experience
- Support a positive and welcoming workplace experience.
- Respond to employee workplace requests and help resolve issues.
- Gather feedback and support initiatives that improve the office environment.
