Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Introduction: We are seeking a proficient Machine Learning Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models and operationalizing them through MLOps practices to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data science and engineering by building robust ML pipelines, ensuring model reliability, and driving automation to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs. Implement and maintain MLOps workflows, including model versioning, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and automated retraining. Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into production-ready ML solutions. Perform data preprocessing,
feature engineering, and validation to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling. Monitor model performance in production environments and implement improvements to maintain accuracy, scalability, and robustness. Automate end-to-end ML pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in machine learning, MLOps, and cloud-native technologies to continuously enhance system capabilities. Document processes and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with hands-on exposure to MLOps practices.
