Job Overview

We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the
EU
region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Main responsibilities
- Partnership Development
: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.
- Business Growth & KPI Achievement
: Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution.



Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking.
- Full BD Process Ownership
: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.
- Client & Partner Relationship Management
: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.
- Market Research & Competitive Insights
: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the
EU
region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Localized Marketing Collaboration
: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across
