We are looking for a Visual Basic Operate Lead - Application Support & Maintenance. The Operate Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of application support and maintenance services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This role ensures high-quality service delivery, effective team management, SLA adherence,
and continuous improvement across supported applications.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of services in line with the SOW, covering support and maintenance of in-scope applications.
Maintain high levels of application availability, reliability, and performance.
Allocate work across the Operate team based on priorities and skillsets.
Provide guidance on technical issues, processes, and best practices.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Track and follow up on issues related to local applications.
Ensure timely identification, analysis, and resolution of application problems.
Drive proactive problem management and prevent recurring incidents.
Coordinate with external vendors for Application issues and defects, System upgrades and enhancements. Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed expectations and timelines.
Monitor, track, and report SLA and KPI performa
