Job Overview:

We are looking for international students currently studying in Italy, preferably from South Asian countries, to assist with document preparation and quality control for new applicants. This is a tempo parziale, remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience while studying.
- Responsibilities: Review and organize student application documents to ensure they meet university admission, DSU scholarship, visa, and post-arrival requirements, including procedures such as the Permesso di Soggiorno.
- Verify and cross-check information to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
- Ensure high-quality submissions by following ApplyAZ's internal guidelines.




- Collaborate with the ApplyAZ team to improve the efficiency of the application process.
- Who Can Apply? International students currently studying in an Italian university (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD).
- Preferably from South Asian countries (e.g., India). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Hold Zoom meetings with students when needed to explain requirements, answer questions, and guide them through each stage of the process.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
- Familiar with university admissions processes in Italy.
- Reliable and professional, able to meet deadlines with accuracy.
