plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. With
end-to-end ownership of M&A; initiatives
, this role leads the full transaction lifecycle — from strategic target identification to deal execution and post-merger integration — ensuring each acquisition delivers sustainable industrial and financial value.

Reporting to the M&A; Manager and working closely with senior leadership, the M&A; Expert acts as a
strategic partner to the business

combining financial rigor, strategic judgment, and strong stakeholder leadership.

In particular, you will:
- Drive the M&A; roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities.
- Manage the M&A; process end to end, starting from proactive market scouting and target origination.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies.
- Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis.
- Take full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams.
- Play a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions.
- Act as the main point of contact for external advisors (investment banks, consultants, law firms) and internal stakeholders at executive level.
