develop and prototype embedded electronic systems for space products and related ground equipment.collaborate closely with the head of embedded systems.design, test, and qualify electronics for flight, including validation and qualification tests.plan and execute engineering and qualification tests of electronic subsystems.formulate and verify engineering concepts and contribute to production process preparation.start date: september‑october 2026.working language: english; location: turin, italy.
Requirements
- degree in electronics, embedded software, automation, robotics or related engineering field.
- minimum 2years of professional experience in autonomous electronics design.
- experience in designing space equipment or scientific measurement apparatus (preferred).
- proficiency in soldering, pcb prototyping and custom wiring harness fabrication.
- basic programming skills in python for device testing and script automation.
- hands‑on experience with microcontrollers and single‑board computers (e.g., arduino, raspberrypi) to build test environments.
- ability to work independently and fluent english.
- nice to haveprevious experience in the space industry.
- good knowledge of space‑related physics (radiation, vacuum, thermal stresses).
- familiarity with space industry standards for design, assembly, integration and testing of electronic systems.
