Manage production control and logistics activities at the plant in line with PC&L; strategy
Lead a team handling customer management, deliveries, production planning, and internal/external flows
Ensure adherence to PC&L; standard processes and department budget
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations and service levels
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Represent PC&L; in cross-functional projects and programs
Foster compliance with safety and quality basics in operations
Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in automotive
Experience in operations including safety and quality basics
Knowledge of ERP processes and tools; ability to detect and solve issues
Knowledge of APICS and Faurecia system principles
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program teams, engineering, and plant staffing
Adherence to Faurecia code of management and values; promote Being Forvia
