Full-Time Physical Therapist
to join our North Naples clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT or a new graduate who wants mentorship, career growth, and the ability to provide individualized patient care.
Compensation & Incentives
Salary:
$80,000–$98,000
(depending on experience)
In addition, you'll receive:
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Profit Sharing up to $1,500/month

40-minute one-on-one treatment sessions

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training
Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
Complete timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
Qualifications
Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Excellent communication and clinical skills
Passion for patient-centered care
