Deployment Vendor Manager, Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation
As the primary owner of Amazon's deployment vendor ecosystem, you drive end-to-end vendor strategy, onboarding, and performance to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments.
You work across supply chain, procurement, and site operations to coordinate multi-technology rollouts across Europe.
This role blends strategic vendor management with hands?on deployment support in a fast?paced, ownership?driven environment.

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing vendors to meet success criteria
Define vendor qualification protocols and contracts and liaise with senior executives from top selling partners
Set goals and strategic direction aligned with business vision, including cost, quality, and safety improvements
Establish KPIs for vendor services and report on performance, issues, and resolutions; onboard vendors into internal systems
Create business cases and manage budgets for in?year projects and long?term partnerships
Analyze safety/quality/performance gaps and drive continuous improvement with vendors
Collaborate with technical leaders to influence product improvement roadmap based on vendor capabilities
Demonstrate program management and lead cross?functional meetings with vendors
Travel to engage with vendors and incorporate customer feedback into management strategies
Coordinate with multiple teams across regions to ensure seamless vendor execution across technologies
Bachelor's degree in STEM
Experience in procurement/vendor management and contract management
Experience in capacity planning and operations planning
Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non?technical audiences, including senior leadership
Ability to read and write procedures, technical docs, or gather requirements and draft clear requirement documents
