You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations from project inception to launch.
You will drive a structured product development lifecycle, manage scope, schedule and budget, and partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets.
Travel up to 20% is required; HVAC experience is a plus.
