Mission: The Guest Service Line Agent complies with the daily operations of the department, attending all customer requests through the telephone line and committing to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage guest requests via telephone and personalize their experiences.
Offer tailored services and apply upselling techniques.
Handle customer incidents and adhere to departmental standards.
Utilize management tools and follow improvement plans based on customer feedback.
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
Requirements: Education: Training in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar.
Skills: Knowledge of telephone service, proficiency in Office 365, strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Experience: 2 years in a similar external role,



and at least 1 year in a customer-facing department.
The position can be classified at level C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C2: € *****,99 gross monthly).
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is € ******,86 , in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
