Raven is a proprietary crypto market-making and high-frequency trading firm. We trade spot, perpetuals, and prediction markets with dedicated low-latency infrastructure across eight major trading regions.
We hire competitive individuals and natural problem solvers with a record of ranking at something hard, whether competitive programming, games, or mathematics, who treat an unfamiliar problem as a challenge rather than an obstacle. We can teach markets; we cannot teach drive.
We build our own stack end to end, from connectivity and pricing through execution, monitoring, and research data.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own full-cycle hiring, build pipelines proactively, and help us scale with exceptional people across engineering, trading, and operations.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Own full-cycle recruiting, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and close
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
Build strong talent pipelines for priority roles, most of which are senior and technical
Proactively source passive candidates across Europe
Run first-stage screens, assessing skills, motivation, and culture fit
Coordinate and drive the interview process
Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing top candidates
Represent Raven at events and in communities
Track and improve hiring metrics
Continuously improve recruiting workflows, templates, and hiring playbooks
Build and maintain Raven's employer brand in target markets

Qualifications
2+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing skills
Experience hiring senior technical profiles
Comfortable reaching out and building relationships across Europe
Organised, data-driven, high ownership mindset
Nice to have
Experience in crypto, HFT, fintech, or Web3 hiring
Familiarity with the Rust or systems programming community

- Sofia (Bulgaria) or Milan (Italy), with no preference between them. Whichever city the right person is in
- In office, not remote
- Crypto trades around the clock. You will share a sane on-call rotation with the team that owns these systems
