As a Community Manager for Secret Milano and Secret Roma within the Secret Media Network, you will grow and engage a local audience across Italian cities while upholding Fever's editorial voice.
You'll craft and schedule compelling content, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross?functional teams to promote editorial and sponsored content.
You'll stay ahead of trends, build relationships with fans and partners, and explore new digital partnerships to expand reach.

3–5 years of experience in social media or digital content roles Native Italian; fluent English; multilingual is a plus Strong knowledge of Italian culture, people, slang, and traditions Curious, outgoing, and city?savvy with an eye for local trends Degree or equivalent experience focusing on digital portfolio projects Up?to?date with digital media trends and what makes content popular online Proficient in Canva and Cap Cut; capable of filming and editing short videos; familiar with Creators Studio, Storrito, Later Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator; comfortable on camera Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem?solving Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, ownership?driven, and effective team communicator Desirable: Canva master and pro?editor; Final Cut and in?app editing tools Requisiti fondamentali
