The Role

In collaboration with the NUM – Integrated Operations Centre, the Team Leader – Roster Support Unit (RSU) is required to

- Providing leadership, direction, supervision and support to RSU staff.
- Coordinating and overseeing the unit's daily rostering, reporting and operational functions.
- Developing and delivering training and education programs for RSU staff and stakeholders.
- Providing specialist advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders on complex rostering matters, staffing methodologies and workforce utilisation.
- Monitoring data integrity, system compliance and information security within the ProAct System.
- Managing escalated rostering issues and ensuring continuity of core RSU services.
- Supporting staff through a period of significant organisational change while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- Reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Participating in organisational projects impacting RSU services and operations.
- Assisting with system enhancements, testing, training and implementation activities.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant period of organisational transformation through two distinct positions that will work in partnership to support the successful implementation of Roster to Pay. Details of Appointment Multiple fixed term full time and tempo parziale, day worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 20 February 2027. Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary

$102,027 - $106,985 per annum + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging

- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025
