ph3About the Role /h3pFor our Plant in Sant'Angelo Dei Lombardi (AV), we are currently looking for a bQuality Specialist /b.
/ppBy covering this role, you will be responsible for the correct application of the bProduct Food SafetyQuality Specification /b on production lines, based on guidelines defined by the bFood Safety and Quality Group (FSQ) /b and other external organizations, to ensure that all the manufactured products respect the standards for Quality and Food Safety.
/ppYou will contribute to generating ideas for continuous improvement and to implementing related actions, as well as supporting employee training, in order to ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
/ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliAs Plant bQuality Specialist /b, you will lead a shift-based team to ensure product compliance with bFood Safety and Quality standards /b within the Production Unit, covering all stages from raw material reception through processing and finished product maturation.
/liliYour scope will include (but will not be limited to) all bQuality and Food Safety aspects /b defined in the bProduct Food SafetyQuality Specification /b, including CCPs, oPRPs and CPs, as well as the prevention of microbiological and chemical-physical contamination, quality defects, and compliance with legal, packaging and organoleptic requirements.
/liliTogether with your team, you will oversee the execution of bFood Safety and Quality self-checks /b within the Production Unit, ensure accurate recording of relevant data, and manage the issuance and updating of Food Safety Quality control instructions.
/liliYou will coordinate the binternal traceability team /b,



ensuring robust and up-to-date capabilities to trace non-conforming products throughout the supply chain and back to the relevant raw materials and packaging.
/liliThe role also involves carrying out checks through extraordinary finished-goods sampling and periodic audits in accordance with Military Standards.
/liliYour team will play a key role in reinforcing Food Safety and Quality standards by providing training and ongoing support to Production Unit workers.
/liliIn addition, you will manage bconsumer complaints /b related to manufactured products, leading internal investigations and defining root cause analyses (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans for the plant.
/liliFinally, you will lead the internal borganoleptic panel /b, organizing periodic tasting sessions for finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials.
/li /ulh3About You /h3ulliYou will bring your Master's degree in Food Technology, Biology, Biotechnology or Chemical engineering.
/liliAs a good communicator, you are bfluent in English and Italian /b.
/liliYou will have a strong teamwork attitude, flexibility and capacity to work under pressure.
/liliYour willingness for binternational mobility /b will be an asset for your professional development.




/lilibPrevious experience in a Food Safety and/or Quality function /b will be considered a strong requirement, helping you to integrate quickly into the role and its responsibilities.
/li /ulh3What we offer /h3pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.
The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary.
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
