We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedProcurement Analystto join the Procurement Strategy team within theSourcing Plan, PMO & Market Intelligenceunit for a maternity substitution.
The role is suited for a professional with3–5 years of experience, who will play a key role insupporting reporting, performance monitoring and analytic activities, with a strong focus onProcurement KPIs (5S)and on thedevelopment of dashboardsto monitor and communicate Procurement performance and results across the Group.
Main Tasks:
Support thecollection, calculation and analysis of Procurement KPIs (5S)
Develop, maintain and updatedashboardsto provide clear insights into Procurement performance, efficiency and process optimization
Prepareperiodic and ad-hoc analyses and reportsto support decision-making processes
Assist in draftinginstitutional presentationsfor the Procurement department
SupportPMO activitiesrelated to strategic initiatives undertaken by the unit
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
3–5 years of experiencein Procurement, Controlling, Performance Management or similar roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong analytical, synthesis anddata-driven mindset
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint




Experience withdashboard and data visualization tools(e.g. Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
