h3HR Manager Italy EP/NV Project management /h3pIn this role, you will partner with the EP/NV commercial teams in Italy to translate regional people strategies into local actions that advance business goals.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving coaching, talent development, organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
You will lead BUHR activities for Italy, support Regional Office HR, and manage cross-functional HR projects with a focus on innovation and capability building.
