/p h3YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT /h3 pAs bProduction Supervisor /b, part of the Production Department, you will be responsible for the quantitative, qualitative and productive objectives of one or more production lines and ensure the application and respect of security standards, by promoting improvement ideas to avoid risks at work.
Moreover, you will be responsible for the production results, assigning the daily goals to the production line staff and verifying respect of the production plan.

/li liSchedule daily tasks and share the work plan with the team according to the input received and discussed with Planning Dept.
/li liControl and follow the availability of materials in collaboration with Cutting and Warehouse departments.




/li liIdentify bottlenecks and implement data?driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance optimization.
/li liPlan and coordinate machine/tools improvement, repairs, and the lines' reorganizations, collaborating with the Continuous Improvement department.
/li liActively support the "Lean Manufacturing" Project.
/li liProvide the team with the right guidance to respect and improve safety behaviors.
/li liElaborate the daily reporting in terms of efficiency, quality and volumes, analyzing and sharing results with the team, the colleagues and the production manager.
