/p pWe are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands?onbAssistant Villa Operations Manager /bto join our management team at one of our two villas in Tuscany.
/p pThis is much more than a guest relations role.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play an important part in the day?to?day running of the villa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while helping oversee housekeeping, gardens, maintenance and general operational standards.
/p pbThis is a full?time seasonal live?in position from approximately mid?March until mid?November.
Private accommodation and meals while on duty are provided.
/b /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liCommunicate with guests before arrival and assist with transfers /li liWelcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their stay /li liLead culinary excursions to local towns, wineries and olive oil producers /li liPrepare the aperitivo and ensure everything is ready for dinner /li liInspect guest rooms, public areas and gardens to maintain excellent standards /li liSupervise housekeeping and gardening staff and coordinate their workloads /li liCoordinate routine maintenance and ensure any issues are dealt with promptly /li liMonitor villa systems including the pool, heating and irrigation /li liManage breakfast shopping,



cleaning supplies and weekly stock requirements /li liSupport the Operations Manager with administration and the smooth day?to?day running of the villa /li /ul h3Who We're Looking For /h3 pWe are looking for someone who combines genuine warmth and hospitality with strong organisational and operational skills.
/p ul liHave a qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Tourism /li liHave previous experience in hospitality, boutique hotels, luxury villas or resorts /li liEnjoy both guest interaction and operational management /li liBe organised, proactive and confident solving problems /li liBe comfortable supervising and coordinating a small team /li liHave excellent spoken and written English; some Italian is an advantage /li liHold a valid driver's licence /li libAlready be authorised to live and work in the European Union /b /li liBe available for the full season from mid?March until mid?November /li liBe flexible regarding evenings and weekends during the season /li liEnjoy living and working as part of a close?knit team in the Tuscan countryside /li liBe responsible, service?minded and someone who naturally goes the extra mile /li /ul h3Applying as a Couple?
