The person covering this role will learn and support the maintenance department in the following tasks: /p /brul /brliEmbrace the Heart of Jumeirah ethos to uphold the brand's values and standards in all aspects of wine service.
/li /brliDemonstrate excellent knowledge of various types of wines, wineries, and wine regions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
/li /brliTake charge of creating and updating wine menus, as well as managing the wine cellar to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection.
/li /brliUtilize strong knowledge of food and wine beverage pairings to enhance guests' dining experiences.
/li /brliSupervise wine service and collaborate with winemakers to continually upgrade wine selections and offerings.
/li /brliInteract with guests across FB outlets to assist with their wine choices and enhance their overall experience.
/li /brliHost wine and champagne dinners, wine tasting events, and other activities to drive revenue and promote wine culture.




/li /brliConduct comprehensive wine training sessions for staff to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
/li /brliManage relationships with wine suppliers, negotiate contracts, and create wine lists that align with the establishment's standards and objectives.
/li /brliEnsure adherence to beverage protocols, maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and prioritize customer satisfaction through efficient and high-quality beverage services, resolving any customer complaints promptly and effectively.
