PpWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented bProcurement Specialist /b to join our Global Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement. /p pIn this role, you’ll play a key part in managing sourcing activities, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and international environment. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liPrepare and issue RFIs and RFQs. /li liAnalyse and compare supplier offers (pricing, TCs, lead time, scope of supply and exclusions). /li liSupport negotiations and contribute to supplier selection aligned with project requirements, budget, and timelines. /li liManage procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance during negotiation and contracting phases. /li liCollaborate daily with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and project teams. /li liBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding business priorities and aligning procurement strategies accordingly. /li liMonitor procurement budgets and promote a culture of cost optimization. /li liDefine and track KPIs to monitor performance, compliance, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. /li liProactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of supply issues. /li liMaintain and update vendor lists (direct and indirect) through internal tools and vendor portals.
