ON Drive Infrastructure (EDRI) is a pan-European market leading charge point operator owned by the E.EDRI builds, owns, and operates public charging infrastructure for all types of electric vehicles. The company purpose is to build a sustainable world, by providing charging for everyone, everywhere. The team currently employs more than 200 people and operates more than 9,000 public charging points across 11 European countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Together with location partners EDRI will expand its network by installing 1,000 additional high power charging points per year.
Coordinate daily operational activities across field technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the reliable operation of our charging infrastructure
Plan and manage maintenance, installation, and service activities, ensuring timely execution and high quality standards
Monitor the performance of EV charging and energy assets and support troubleshooting activities when issues arise
Collaborate closely with external vendors and service providers to maintain efficient operations and asset availability
Support customer inquiries and coordinate issue escalation processes to deliver an excellent service experience
Analyze operational data, track performance indicators, and contribute to continuous process improvements
Maintain accurate documentation, operational reports,
and compliance-related records
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field
First professional experience in operations, field service, e-mobility, energy, or a related technical environment
Strong interest in EV charging infrastructure, energy systems, and innovative technologies
Experience working with monitoring tools and operational data; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, Databricks, Retool, or similar tools is an advantage
Fluent in Italian and confident communication skills in English
