Reporting to: Communication & Corporate Affairs Director.

For a leading international organisation with a strong presence in the Italian market, Ali Professional is looking for a:

MEDIA RELATIONS & CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER based in Rome .

We are looking for a communication professional capable of understanding something increasingly important:

what a company says matters. How it says it matters even more. But who believes it makes all the difference.

THE MISSION

Reporting to the Communication & Corporate Affairs Director, you will contribute to defining and executing the company’s external communication and media relations strategy.

Your objective will be to strengthen corporate reputation, build high-quality relationships with key media stakeholders and ensure the organisation has a clear, credible and distinctive voice.

You will work closely with senior leadership and multiple business functions, translating complex corporate topics into stories people actually want to understand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

MEDIA RELATIONS

- Develop and execute the national media relations strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and opinion leaders
- Manage proactive and reactive media opportunities
- Identify relevant corporate and business stories
- Coordinate interviews, briefings and press meetings
- Develop press releases,



statements and media materials
- Manage relationships with PR and communication agencies
- Monitor media coverage and emerging reputational topics

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
- Develop corporate narratives and key messages
- Support communication around strategic projects and company milestones
- Coordinate executive communication initiatives
- Develop thought-leadership opportunities for senior executives
- Support speeches, interviews, presentations and institutional content
- Ensure consistency of corporate positioning across channels

EXECUTIVE POSITIONING Great companies need credible voices.

You will work closely with senior leadership to:

- Strengthen executive positioning
- Identify relevant speaking opportunities
- Develop editorial and thought-leadership platforms
- Prepare senior leaders for media interactions
- Support participation in conferences, panels and institutional events

REPUTATION & ISSUES MANAGEMENT
- Monitor reputational risks and emerging issues
- Support crisis communication strategies
- Coordinate internal stakeholders during sensitive situations
- Develop communication scenarios and response plans
- Ensure speed, accuracy and consistency during high-pressure situations

CONTENT & STORYTELLING Corporate does not have to mean boring.

You will help transform

data into stories, strategy into messages,



complexity into clarity.

You will collaborate with Digital, Social, Marketing, HR and Corporate Affairs teams to develop communication capable of reaching different audiences while maintaining a distinctive corporate identity.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You ideally bring

- 6+ years of experience in Corporate Communication, Media Relations, PR or Corporate Affairs
- Experience within complex companies, international organisations, communication agencies or institutional environments
- Established understanding of the Italian media landscape
- Excellent writing and editorial capabilities
- Experience working with senior executives
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent Italian and English
- Strong understanding of digital and social communication

Previous experience in crisis communication or executive positioning will be highly valued.
