Role Profile

- Salary Range : EURO 50,000.00 - 60,000.00

Purpose
The Finance Manager will have full ownership of the Italy Services entity (c.15 employees), leading all financial, payroll, and statutory activities.



This is a hands‑on role combining financial control, accounting, payroll coordination, and business partnering within a small, standalone entity environment.
Responsibilities
- Financial Control & Accounting
- Maintain full ownership of the general ledger and accounting records
- Record and analyse salaries, including payroll postings and reconciliations
- Manage fixed assets: capitalisation, movements, and monthly depreciation
- Record purchase invoices, staff expenses, and ensure compliance with deductibility rules
- Prepare and post accruals and deferrals (G&A; and other costs)
