The Main Event: What you'll do
As part of our expansion into Italy, we are looking for a
highly hands-on, technically curious operator
to join our Italy team as one of the founding members of our Mortgages vertical in the country. This is a rare opportunity to help build something from the ground up,



working closely with our General Manager in Mortgages and our local team on the ground. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology: you'll turn ambiguous operational challenges into scalable, automated processes that support our growth in Italy.

Turn Strategy into Execution
- Translate strategic business priorities into clear, scalable operational processes.
- Break down ambiguous business problems into structured workflows, requirements and action plans.
- Design processes that can scale as the company grows across teams and markets.
- Work closely with leadership to turn high-level objectives into measurable operational initiatives.
- Own projects from problem definition through implementation, measurement and iteration.

Build & Automate Processes
- Identify repetitive, manual or inefficient workflows and redesign them using automation and technology.
- Build and maintain workflows using tools such as n8n, Make or
