Your Challenge
As a
Technical Customer Support Apprentice
, your main activities will include:
- Providing first-level technical support via hotline to customers on Low Voltage products (e.g. circuit breakers,



protection devices, panels…)
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Supporting customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Escalating complex cases to internal experts and ensuring proper follow-up
- Managing customer requests, complaints, and service cases
- Supporting the creation of technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Monitoring ticket status and maintaining accurate case documentation in CRM tools
- Supporting after-sales processes, including warranty claims and technical clarifications
- Contributing to the identification and implementation of AI-driven solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer support services
