Payment Expert - Operational Manager and Portfolio Governance:

We are looking for a Service Operations Manager responsible for the operational management and governance of a portfolio of value-added services across the CEMEA regions.

Role Summary

The selected candidate will coordinate service launches,



client on boarding, deliverable distribution, subscription management, billing governance, stakeholder engagement and performance reporting, ensuring consistent execution across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the roll out of new services, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines and execution tracking

Define and maintain target client populations in partnership with Country Managers and Account Owners

Coordinate client communications, awareness activities and webinars

Review and validate service deliverables prior to distribution

Manage the distribution of deliverables and related client communications

Maintain service enrollment records, including on boarding, opt-outs and client eligibility tracking

Support billing processes by ensuring accurate subscription and participation records

Respond to client inquiries related to service participation and operational matt
