Experteer Italy is seeking a hands-on Quality Leader for the Footwear & Equipment division. You will guide a multicultural team to secure product quality from development through market feedback, aligning R&D;, Operations, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to uphold high standards. You will plan and supervise testing, quality control, and corrective actions, driving data-based improvements and supplier performance across Europe and Asia. Fluent in English and Italian, travel is required.
