Gestire i progetti di quadri di media tensione dall’ingresso dell’ordine, fino alla chiusura del progetto, concentrandosi sulla marginalità, sulla soddisfazione del cliente e sulla gestione dei rischi. I compiti principali includono l’organizzazione e la pianificazione della commessa, il monitoraggio e il controllo dei progressi e del budget, la gestione dei rischi e delle opportunità, la gestione degli ordini di variazione e dei reclami e la gestione dei rapporti con il cliente e i principali fornitori. Eseguire i progetti in piena conformità con le migliori pratiche di gestione dei progetti in coordinamento con la catena di fornitura, la produzione, il dipartimento di ingegneria del progetto e l’acquirente del progetto. Esaminare le specifiche tecniche e prendere decisioni sui commenti tecnici sollevati dal cliente. Monitorare e controllare l’avanzamento dei progetti per garantirne la consegna nei tempi previsti. Utilizzare lo strumento della scheda di monitoraggio e segnalare eventuali rischi di ritardo durante le riunioni SIM. Gestire i rischi e le opportunità del progetto valutando, identificando, attenuando e controllando tutte le situazioni potenziali che potrebbero avere un impatto (negativo o positivo) sulle prestazioni del progetto. Monitorare e controllare la deviazione del margine del progetto durante la fase di esecuzione del progetto. Gestire gli ordini di variazione e il processo di reclamo sia per il cliente che per i fornitori principali. Ottenere ordini di variazione per qualsiasi deviazione dal contratto. Coinvolgere il Project Buyer nelle prime fasi del progetto per massimizzare i risparmi sui costi. Mantenere un rapporto positivo con il cliente e comunicare regolarmente. Gestire l’evento FAT e raggiungere la soddisfazione del cliente. Comunicare efficacemente con il team di progetto e con gli altri reparti dello stabilimento (riunione interna di avvio).
