If you care about quality, love developing teams, and want to have a real impact, this could be the role for you. /p h3Operations Manager, Italy /h3 pWe are looking for an Operations Manager, Italy to join our team in Rome on a full-time, permanent basis. /p pWe work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday. /p pIn this role, you’ll oversee the performance of our trips across Italy, lead and develop our group leaders and guides, and make sure everything runs safely, smoothly and to the high standards we expect. You’ll work closely with teams across Europe and globally, balancing day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement. /p pYou’ll also be part of the local Management Group, contributing to the direction of the Italy DMC and how we grow while maintaining quality. /p pThis role would suit someone with strong operational leadership experience in travel - someone who understands what great looks like on the ground and is happy getting into the detail when needed. You’ll enjoy a fast-moving, collaborative environment and be motivated by building high-performing teams and delivering great traveller experiences. /p h3Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:



/h3 ul liProven operational management experience, ideally leading multi-location teams in a travel or service-led environment /li liStrong understanding of European travel operations and what drives quality on the ground /li liSolid experience within the travel industry or as a group leader/guide - Previous experience as a tour leader is a plus /li liDemonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a large, dispersed workforce /li liConfidence owning operational performance, including budgets, KPIs and delivery /li liFluency in both Italian and English /li liExperience embedding, managing and improving operational processes at scale /li /ul h3Pay Transparency /h3 pIn line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair, equitable and transparent pay practices.
