ppAs part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a CSA Construction Manager in Milan. /p pReporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate and manage our construction projects for CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments. /p h3More Specifically, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liDefining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints, /li liManaging project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling, /li liSupervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors, /li liEnsuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
