In this role, you'll handle the logistical organization and execution of events and promote our participation. /p pEvent Planning Execution /p ul liManage conference participation and execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, team support, and hotel bookings /li liAssist with conference event requests and ensure efficient organization of materials and activities /li liTravel to conferences to assist with event management and product demonstrations /li liCollaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to prepare for events and manage inquiries /li liEnsure timely and effective internal communication with all stakeholders /li liHelp coordinate conference agendas and participation with Sales/BD teams /li liSupport the Marketing team in online event planning initiatives /li /ul pDigital Marketing /p ul liManage event-related email campaigns and social media promotion to drive attendance and engagement at conferences /li liSupport social media channels, including content creation, posting,
