This may include hiring and planning a single or a team of site supervisor, evaluating and analyzing their performance, planning and managing contracts with clients and delivering reporting to the clients. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 ul li b1. Activity Coordination: /b ul liAssist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites. /li liCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. /li liMaintain regular interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement, if necessary, improvement measures. /li /ul /li li b2. Personnel Management Assistance: /b ul liSupport in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision. /li liSupervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by Site Supervisors and collect and file the required Records. /li /ul /li li b3. Quality Assurance Support: /b ul liAssist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities. /li liEnsure by checking, verification, inspection or audit, as appropriate to the activity, that the specified level of system and product conformance is achieved. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul /li li b4. Cost Optimization Assistance: /b ul liContribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality. /li liAssist in monitoring and controlling expenses related to site operations. /li /ul /li li b5. Invoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support: /b ul liSupport in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services. /li liAssist in compliance with billing and invoicing procedures. /li /ul /li li b6. Resource Allocation Assistance: /b ul liAssist in the allocation and management of resources for site supervision activities. /li liProvide support and guidance to team members. /li /ul /li li b7. Regulatory Compliance Assistance: /b ul liPlan, establish and maintain a Project program to verify the compliance to the specified policies, objectives and requirements. The program shall cover both the project and contractors/suppliers organizations. /li liSupport efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements, OHSES Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and RINA QMS . /li liStay informed about relevant regulatory requirements. /li liPerform tasks activities in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System /li liSupport and participate in the organization's environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements . /li /ul /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul li bExperience in Site Operations: /b ul liPrevious experience in a site operations role is essential, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes, project management,
