Thank you for considering this new opportunity to further unlock your potential. /p h3JOB SUMMARY /h3 pSupport the strategic initiatives of the Global Supply Chain Analytics Team by ensuring effective administration, configuration, user support, and continuous improvement of key business systems. The role focuses on GAINS administration and support, Jira request management, business user support, documentation, light reporting support, and close collaboration with internal Supply Chain functions (Demand Production Planning, Warehouse Distribution, Direct Indirect Procurement) and external software providers. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and ongoing administration of GAINS, the company’s end-to-end planning system, including configuration, user access management, issue troubleshooting, data validation, and coordination with business users and external providers /li liManage Jira-based user support requests, triage issues, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely follow-up with business users and technical teams /li liSupport standardized intake, tracking, prioritization, and communication of GAINS, BI, and analytics-related requests /li liTranslate business needs into clear system, workflow, reporting, and support requirements to improve user experience and process efficiency /li liCreate and maintain documentation, including process flows, support procedures, design requirements, and user guides /li liMaintain basic operational KPIs, request tracking,
and support dashboards to monitor service levels and internal business needs /li liSupport the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA by helping maintain business continuity, data visibility, and data consistency across supported systems and reporting platforms /li /ul h3MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent experience /p h3Experience /h3 ul li5-8 years’ experience in business systems support, system configuration, user support, BI support, or supply chain systems administration /li liGood knowledge and understanding of supply chain operations and planning processes /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of GAINS or other supply chain planning platforms, such as Rapid Response, including configuration support, user support, and issue resolution /li liKnowledge and understanding of Inventory Management Principles and E2E Supply Chain Processes /li liWorking knowledge of SQL and data validation concepts /li liWorking knowledge of database concepts and reporting data structures /li liGood knowledge of BI tools and reporting platforms, with a focus on user support, issue resolution, and operational reporting /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office /li liStrong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on user support, issue resolution, and process improvement /li liSelf-starter who can drive results given ambiguity and minimal direction and oversight /li liGood written and verbal communication skills /li liAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, organize priorities, and complete activities in a timely manner /li liResults oriented and able to handle time-sensitive tasks /li liStrong attention to detail /li /ul h3Certificates, Licenses, Registrations /h3 ul liAPICS certification is a plus /li /ul h3Local Specifications /h3 ul liItaly (remote) /li liAbility to speak, read and write in English /li liMinimal travel required (10% of the time) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
