This role involves close interaction with business stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliAssist in aligning IT strategy with business strategy by supporting the SAP Competence Center. /liliManage and support the application portfolio mainly on SAP Finance Controlling. /liliProvide first-level support for SAP applications, focusing on Finance Controlling processes. /liliSupport the recommendation and appointment of external resources when internal capacity is exceeded.



/liliWork with application analysts in support of day-to-day operations. /liliDevelop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions, defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers. /liliDocument and recommend improvements for how the ERP application integrates with other applications and interfaced systems. /liliEnsure adherence to standards and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of application systems. /liliMonitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT application support or a related field /liliDeep knowledge in SAP customizing modules FI (AP, AR, AA and G/L, TR), RAR module is a plus, CO (COPA, Product costing, PS),
