ppI’m currently working with an established renewable energy developer working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced bHSE Manager /bto join their team in Italy. /p pThis is a broad, hands‑on role covering both bcorporate HSE management and project-level HSE /bacross the development, construction and commissioning of utility‑scale bSolar PV and BESS projects /b. /p h3bThe Role /b /h3 pYou’ll act as the company’s HSE subject matter expert, working closely with senior management, project teams, EPC contractors and other stakeholders to ensure high standards of health, safety and environmental performance across the business. /p pA key part of the role will be acting as bCSP/CSE (Coordinatore per la Sicurezza in fase di Progettazione/Esecuzione) /bon Italian projects where formally appointed, ensuring compliance with bItalian Legislative Decree 81/2008 /b. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ullipLead and continuously improve the company’s HSE management framework /p /lilipEnsure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and industry best practice /p /lilipDevelop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments and reporting systems /p /lilipProvide HSE leadership across renewable energy projects from development through to commissioning /p /lilipMonitor EPC contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance /p /lilipConduct site inspections,



audits and safety reviews /p /lilipLead incident investigations and corrective actions /p /lilipIdentify and mitigate critical construction HSE risks /p /lilipPrepare, review and manage bPSC documentation /b /p /lilipCoordinate HSE requirements between clients, designers, EPC contractors and other stakeholders /p /lilipCarry out site inspections and safety coordination during project execution /p /lilipEscalate and address significant HSE issues and non-compliances /p /li /ul h3bWhat We’re Looking For /b /h3 ullipSignificant HSE experience within bconstruction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects /b /p /lilipProven experience supporting large-scale construction projects /p /li lipbUtility‑scale Solar PV experience strongly preferred /b /p /li lipExposure to bBESS and/or HV electrical infrastructure /bis a major advantage /p /li lipStrong experience managing EPC contractors and subcontractors from an HSE perspective /p /li lipStrong knowledge of bItalian HSE legislation, particularly Legislative Decree 81/2008 /b /p /li lipbCSP/CSE qualification /bcompliant with Italian legislation /p /li lipExperience with construction‑site safety, risk assessments and incident investigations /p /li lipComfortable working autonomously within a lean, fast‑moving organization /p /li lipGood working knowledge of bEnglish /b /p /li lipValid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Italy /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
