continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs. /li liAct as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies. /li liAdvise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape. /li liContribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices. /li liSupport employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
