ppFor our Plant in bSant’Angelo Dei Lombardi (AV) /b, we are currently looking for a bQuality Specialist /b. /p pBy covering this role, you will be responsible for the correct application of the bProduct Food SafetyQuality Specification /b on production lines, based on guidelines defined by the bFood Safety and Quality Group (FSQ) /band other external organizations, to ensure that all the manufactured products respect the standards for Quality and Food Safety. /p pYou will contribute to generating ideas for continuous improvement and to implementing related actions, as well as supporting employee training, in order to ensure the achievement of quality objectives. /p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 pAs bPlant Quality Specialist, /b you will lead a shift-based team to ensure product compliance with bFood Safety and Quality standards /bwithin the Production Unit, covering all stages from raw material reception through processing and finished product maturation. /p pYour scope will include (but will not be limited to) all bQuality and Food Safety aspects /b defined in the Product Food Safety Quality Specification, including CCPs, oPRPs and CPs, as well as the prevention of microbiological and chemical-physical contamination, quality defects, and compliance with legal, packaging and organoleptic requirements. /p pTogether with your team, you will oversee the execution of bFood Safety and Quality self-checks within the Production Unit /b, ensure accurate recording of relevant data, and manage the issuance and updating of Food Safety Quality control instructions. /p pYou will coordinate the binternal traceability team /b,



ensuring robust and up-to-date capabilities to trace non-conforming products throughout the supply chain and back to the relevant raw materials and packaging. /p pThe role also involves carrying out checks through extraordinary finished-goods bsampling and periodic audits /b in accordance with Military Standards. /p pYour team will play a key role in reinforcing Food Safety and Quality standards by providing training and ongoing support to Production Unit workers. /p pIn addition, you will manageb consumer complaints /brelated to manufactured products, leading internal investigations and defining root cause analyses (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans for the plant. /p pFinally, you will lead the internalb organoleptic panel /b, organizing periodic tasting sessions for finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials. /p h3bAbout You: /b /h3 pYou will bring your bMaster’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Biotechnology or Chemical engineering /bb. /bAs a good communicator, you are bfluent in English and Italian /b. bPrevious experience in a Food Safety and/or Quality function /b will be considered a strong requirement, helping you to integrate quickly into the role and its responsibilities. /p h3bWhat we offer: /b /h3 pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €43.249.
