The role ensures timely problem resolution, actively manages quality performance, and contributes to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in an international environment through close cross‑functional collaboration. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pManage and track non‑conformities related to customers, suppliers, and internal processes. /p ul liCoordinate containment actions to minimize impact on production and customers /li liDrive and support root cause analysis using structured problem‑solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) /li liDefine, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) /li liEnsure timely closure and sustainable resolution of quality issues across the value chain /li liMonitor, analyze, and report quality KPIs (e.g., PPM, scrap, rework, complaints) /li liSupport definition and tracking of improvement targets /li liIdentify trends and trigger improvement actions /li liEnsure data accuracy and transparency in reporting /li liSupport planning and conduct internal process and product audits /li liParticipate in customer and supplier audits /li liTrack and follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure of actions /li liEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures /li liWork closely with Engineering,
